Join an instructor led work out in the water, using the water as resistance, as well as other work out equipment for the pool. Water Aerobics offers low impact, strength, resistance, and aerobic training for a full body work out. All abilities welcome, if under 14 years old, must be accompanied by an adult.

A time for parents and their young children to interact and play in the water! The small pool is open for parents and children age 6 or younger. We bring out some of our favorite water toys just for these tots! Parents must be in the water with their children.

Beginning Yoga Classes for ages 13-19. This workshop is perfect for people new to the practice of yoga as well as for more seasoned students who want to review the basics. Instructed by Leigh Lubin.
