"WE CAN" ways to enhance children's activity and nutrition is a four part series broken down and aimed at parents to arm them with ways to provide healthy snacks, increase physical activity in the daily lives of families.
Part 2: We Can- Maintain A Healthy Weight. This session will discuss the importance of energy balance. Portion size and serving size can affect energy intake and thus weight control. Identify the amount of time that adults and children should be physically active, and ways to include activity into daily life. Thursday, February 6th 4:00-5:30pm

Join an instructor led work out in the water, using the water as resistance, as well as other work out equipment for the pool. Water Aerobics offers low impact, strength, resistance, and aerobic training for a full body work out. All abilities welcome, if under 14 years old, must be accompanied by an adult.

A time for parents and their young children to interact and play in the water! The small pool is open for parents and children age 6 or younger. We bring out some of our favorite water toys just for these tots! Parents must be in the water with their children.

Get some exercise swimming laps! Lanes lines are used to separate swimmers and reduce their waves. If under 14 years old, must be accompanied by an adult and be proficient enough to swim laps.
Warm water pool open for rehabilitation activities.

Let our trained staff teach your children the important life skill of swimming! Beginning at age 3 with Minnows focusing on becoming comfortable in the water and learning basic swim stroke skills. Tadpoles continues exploration of the water and swim stroke skills. Levels 1-4 are for children aged 5 and older. They focus on becoming comfortable in the water, water safety , exploration of the water, and stroke skill development.
