    Join an instructor led work out in the water, using the water as resistance, as well as other work out equipment for the pool. Low impact strength and resistance training on Tuesday and Thursday. All abilities welcome, if under 14 years old, must be accompanied by an adult.

    Warm water pool open for patrons 55 years old and older. Call the Senior Center for transportation!
