This project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Label all circuit breaker panels, all outlet receptacle cover plates and all light switch cover plates. Provide a manual detailing the location of all outlets and light switches and what panel switches they are connected to. The manual is to serve as a back-up for the labels on the plates if they are ever painted over or replaced. Approval of the manual by the Project Manager is required before acceptance.
All contracted employees must be approved by the Police Department prior to doing any work inside the Police Department.

Bid security in the amount of 5% of the total bid is required.
The City reserves the right to waive any irregularities or informalities in a bid and to reject any and all bids without cause.
Current minimum prevailing wage rates as published by the Alaska Department of Labor must be paid if required by law.
Requirements of the Alaska Employment Preference (AS 36.10) must be met.
The City of Valdez “Standard Specifications and Standard Details” shall be used.
