Under general supervision:
&lt;UL&gt;
    &lt;LI&gt;performs carpentry, &lt;/LI&gt;
    &lt;LI&gt;plumbing, &lt;/LI&gt;
    &lt;LI&gt;heating and electrical repairs and &lt;/LI&gt;
    &lt;LI&gt;routine maintenance on City hospital, buildings, building systems, medical equipment, and grounds. &lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;BR&gt;
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR&gt;
High School diploma or GED equivalent and four (4) years experience in construction, skilled trades or building maintenance OR and equivalent combination. Depending on the needs of the City, additional licenses, certifications and/or training may be required. &lt;BR&gt;
&lt;BR&gt;
Pre-employment UA and background check required prior to employment. Employees are required to meet applicable hospital employment and background requirements, participate in hospital training, and pass drug screening tests.&lt;BR&gt;

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED, have a valid Alaska driver&amp;rsquo;s license and a clear criminal record. Pre-employment drug test is required. &lt;BR&gt;
